GD Goenka Public School celebrated French culture with an inter-house competition, S’Habiller dans votre fête favori, on 27 December 2024, for Classes V and VI.
Students showcased their creativity by dressing as French festival icons and presenting in fluent French. Festivals like Bastille Day and Cannes Film Festival came alive through their vibrant performances. Esteemed judge Aparna Gupta commended participants' originality and linguistic skills while awarding winners with certificates.The event highlighted the importance of embracing global cultures and left students inspired to explore the beauty of French traditions.
Book Week is in full swing! Our little ones are enchanted by captivating storytelling sessions and colouring activities , Library Logo Making, Role Play and Comic book Design are some more fun activities for different grades. The joy of reading and learning is all around as we continue celebrating the magic of books.
Our creative minds from Classes 7 & 8 showcased their digital skills in the exciting inter-house website designing competition! The best deserving team was declared the winner. It was innovative designs, tech talent, and teamwork in action.
The school recently held a Career Fair in collaboration with Upschol and Uni-Interact, featuring a workshop by Ms. Neha Wahi on career counseling. The role of personality, open communication, and research in career choices was emphasised. Exams like CUET and IPMAT as well as integrated programs offering both Bachelor's and Master's degree were explained in detail.
The fair introduced students to over 45 Indian and international universities, helping students make informed career decisions.
