Eco club in-charge attended the webinar along with students on Ozone preservation. The students whose slogans and posters were selected got a chance to attend the informative webinar on awareness about Ozone layer, causes of its depletion and how we all can together cure that patch in the ozone.

Ozone is the protective natural layer of Earth that protects us from the harmful ultra violet radiations of the Sun. Let us go hand in hand to stitch up the ozone hole that we have created. If we protect ozone today, it will save Earth tomorrow. Keeping in mind the importance of ozone, on the occasion of World ozone Day awareness Programme was  conducted in the school premises. Teachers discussed the importance of ozone layer and the reasons for its depletion. Students were motivated to make posters and slogans on the theme: protection of ozone layer. Along with Eco warriors other students also took part in this event enthusiastically.

Aarini Gupta of class X-B participated in Zonal Instrumental Solo Competition at D-Block, Anand Vihar and secured II Position in the competition.

8 teams participated in Inter House IT App making Competition- INNOWHIZ with each having 2 members, one from each class. The teams competed in a very enthusiastic manner showcasing their technical skills and knowledge of MIT App Inventor and designed the Health related app. 

The students made Ganesha using thermacol cup and cut outs. . Through this activity children were able to develop fine motor skills like folding paper or putting fevicol. They also learnt focus and concentration and to minimize the distraction while working. Along with it they have been taught to work with patience, while letting the craft to dry children took time and work upon it. Through the craft time, children are being guided simultaneously they have been given free space to show their creativity and express their thoughts. Before the Ganesha craft, story was also narrated of lord Ganesha birth and discussion about how we celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi.

It is said that one should not judge a book by it's cover. Well, one can't help it when the literal cover is a smash. In today's Inter-House Art Competition, Pose for a Book, students of class 5 and 6, one each from all the four houses, showcased their creativity by preparing beautiful covers for their imaginary books on the theme 'Musical Melody'. All the participants indulged enthusiastically in the creation of beautiful covers and presented the same with pride to the judges. The competition showed a flare among the participants towards the world of art and literature which was a sight to behold.

Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival which is celebrated all over India over a period of 10 days to celebrate the birthday of Lord Ganesha, the god of wisdom and prosperity. The festival is marked with the installation of Ganesha's clay idols privately in homes and publicly. The students of class I celebrated the festival by making paper cup Ganesha. They also enjoyed watching Ganesha movie. The purpose of the activity was to teach the children about the importance of the festival in a fun way. The children loved the movie and had a good time doing the craft. The children also expressed their views and discussed how they celebrate the festival at their homes.A special sweet called modak is prepared in the joy of the festival.
