The school recently held a Career Fair in collaboration with Upschol and Uni-Interact, featuring a workshop by Ms. Neha Wahi on career counseling. The role of personality, open communication, and research in career choices was emphasised. Exams like CUET and IPMAT as well as integrated programs offering both Bachelor's and Master's degree were explained in detail.
The fair introduced students to over 45 Indian and international universities, helping students make informed career decisions.

GD Goenka Public School organized an engaging Techno Quiz for students of classes 9-12 on 9th oct, featuring five exciting rounds. The first round, Know-IT-All, tested participants on inventions, developments, and founders.
Teams answered questions within 30 seconds, with each question carrying five marks. The second round, Cyber Security, focused on #cybercrimes and #security settings. This was followed by Code-a-Thon, which challenged participants with Python coding concepts. Each round adhered to Strict timing, with no negative marking and no passing of questions to other teams.
The event showcased students’ technical knowledge and was a great success. Scores were tallied after each round, keeping the excitement high throughout the quiz. Radhakrishnan house bagged first position followed by Vivekanand House and Tagore House

A powerful reminder of the importance of support, hope, and resilience in the context of mental health and suicide prevention will be shared with the students of grades IX-XII through a workshop on “Suicide Prevention- Ray of Hope” tomorrow 10 October, Thursday. The workshop will aim to raise awareness about mental health issues and mobilize efforts to support mental well-being.

G. D. Goenka Public School, in collaboration with Team Kavach, organized a powerful self-defense workshop for girls from grades V-XII. The interactive session focused on building confidence, staying alert, and responding to threats with simple yet effective techniques. The students practiced real-life scenarios, gaining valuable skills for personal safety.

GD Goenka Public School, East Delhi, held a vital fire safety training session for Student Council members and the helping staff in the first week of October. From extinguishing fires to ensuring smooth evacuations, the team is now equipped to handle emergencies with confidence and care.
